Materials and Prices for Foreign-funded Wholesale Enterprise Establishment in Beijing of China
A: In Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone
1.投资方的注册证明（营业执照）复印件或者个人护照复印件都须经当地公证机构公证同时经中华人民共和国驻当地使馆认证，一式三份。
copy of register certificate (or business license of investors) or copy ofindividual passport should be notarized by local notarization institute., meanwhile, authenticated by local embassy of P.R.C. in triplet.
2.投资方法人代表身份证明复印件
One copy of identification card (or passport) of the juridical person
3.公司董事会成员和高级管理人员的身份证明（或护照复印件），简历，住址，联系电话，每人提供二张照片
One copy of identification card (or passport) of directorate members and general manager (vice one) of the new enterprise. Everyone’s resume, address and telephone number will be needed. Each one should prepare two personal photos in use.
4.投资方法人代表签字，公司盖章的授权书二份（正本）
Two copies of Appointment and Authority contracts should be signed by the juridical person of investor
5.由银行出具资信证明二份（原件）
Two bank financial credit certificate of investors (the original copy needed)
6.授权人身份证复印件
One copy of identification card (or passport) of the person authorized is needed
7. 新公司投资总额、注册资本、经营年限、经营范围、出资期限、预测三-五年经济效益
Capital total amount, registered capital, business term, business scope, capital term,predicted 3-5 year economic benefit of new company
8.编制可行性研究报告中具体列出：投资理由、市场调查、预测, 产品去向、生产规模、产品内外销比例、生产加工工艺流程、生产加工设备清单、原材料品名及来源、水，电用量和通讯设备要求、有关环保方面 （有无噪音、有毒有害气体、工业垃圾、污水等处理）、厂房设备平面布置图
